Job summary

ARN in Australia is seeking a Sales & Office Coordinator for 91.1 Hot FM & Zinc 96.1 FM in Maroochydore. This permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week) supports the Sales team with bookings, administration and customer service, helping deliver entertainment experiences to listeners and clients locally.

You will process advertising bookings, coordinate promotions and station activities with Sales and Promotions teams, maintain records, provide a high level of service and support a positive

• Assist with general office administration including phones, reception and day-to-day coordination

We’re looking for our next Sales and Office Coordinator to join our team at 91.1 Hot FM and Zinc 96.1 FM in Maroochydore. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) that plays an important role in helping us deliver entertainment experiences to our listeners, clients and team members locally.

About the role:

• Provide sales coordination and administrative support to assist the Sales team in achieving revenue targets
• Process advertising bookings, material instructions and campaign documentation accurately and on time
• Support the coordination of promotions, outside broadcasts and station activities in collaboration with Sales and Promotions teams
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing a high level of service and responsiveness
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation to support campaign delivery and reconciliation
• Assist with general office administration, including phones, reception and day-to-day office coordination
• Support a positive, well-organised office environment that enables teams to deliver great entertainment outcomes

About you:

• Experience in administration, coordination or sales support (media experience advantageous but not essential)
