Job summary

Signify is seeking an Order Management professional to provide efficient order processing and timely delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

You will validate sales orders, handle complex projects, monitor status, address inquiries, and maintain accurate master data while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
• Experience with data management and collaboration with sales teams.
• Australian working rights required.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and validates sales orders by checking references.
• Supports continuous improvement of order management processes.
• Manages manual orders for complex projects with milestones.
• Checks order availability and proposes alternatives.
• Responds promptly to customer questions and complaints.
• Processes orders accurately to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintains a clean order book with no old open orders.
• Monitors order status and communicates updates to stakeholders.
• Resolves order-related issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Reports monthly on orders, deliveries, sales and stock.
• Manages customer master data.
