Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Projects Coordinator to support Residential Aged Care across multiple sites on a full-time basis. The role offers flexible work-from-home and on-site options, contributing to end-to-end strategic projects that shape the future of residential care.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project planning, delivery, and closure; designing innovative workflows and models; leading change and culture initiatives; and developing future-state processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications

Experience coordinating or supporting projects in health, aged care, hospitality, or service environments.
Proven administration, customer service, or compliance experience in health, aged care, or community services.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery – coordinates and supports planning, execution and closure of strategic projects with timelines and stakeholder engagement.
Innovation & Improvement Design - designs and tests new models, workflows and technologies with internal/external partners.
Change Leadership & Culture Shaping - drives continuous improvement and adoption of changes across the organisation.
Process & Workflow Design – translates requirements into future-state workflows and redesigned processes.
