Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator to support Residential Aged Care across multiple sites in NSW. The role offers flexible work-from-home and on-site options, contributing to end-to-end strategic projects and improvements in dementia care, technology, and innovation.

Responsibilities include coordinating project delivery, designing new workflows, and collaborating with internal and external partners to pilot innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• The candidate has experience coordinating or supporting projects in health, aged care, hospitality, or service environments.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or compliance roles within health or community services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects across Residential Aged Care.
• Assist with design of new workflows, models, and technologies, and test innovative solutions before implementation.
• Support change leadership and culture shaping to improve processes and outcomes.
