Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator to support Residential Aged Care across multiple sites. The role involves coordinating end-to-end strategic projects, driving innovation, and facilitating change with internal and external partners.

Based across HammondCare Residential sites with flexible work-from-home and on-site options, the position focuses on transforming workflows, improving outcomes for residents and frontline teams, and promoting continuous improvement in care

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supporting projects in health, aged care, hospitality, or service environments.
• Administrative, customer service, or compliance background in health or community services.
• Strong verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and records.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with aged care compliance requirements or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Design and test new models, workflows and technologies for care delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to test innovative solutions before implementation.
• Lead change initiatives and foster continuous improvement across the organisation.
