HammondCare is seeking a Project & Partnerships Specialist to drive the Foundation's funded project portfolio and cultivate strategic partnerships across Trusts, Foundations, corporates and philanthropic stakeholders. The role collaborates with the Head of Foundation & Innovation to guide projects from ideation through funding to impact.

This permanent full-time position is based at our Head Office in St Leonards, NSW, with hybrid working options and a commitment to mission-driven care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in partnership development and fundraising.
• Experience coordinating projects and funding processes.
• Strong written skills for proposals and reporting.
