Job summary

DPV Health in Melbourne is seeking a proactive ICT/CMS project support specialist to help deliver a major CMS transformation across business and clinical platforms. You will work remotely and on-site within Technology Solutions, coordinating tasks, workshops and documentation, while ensuring cybersecurity and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires experience delivering business technology solutions, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach to project coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business technology solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and initiative; quality and continuous improvement focus.
• Knowledge of ICT systems: ticketing tools, DevOps, CRMs and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned project tasks and support workshops, documentation and training, using AI‑assisted workflows.
• Learn and administer ICT and project management tools, such as Azure DevOps, and on‑premises and cloud systems supporting project delivery.
• Follow cybersecurity policies and procedures, maintain accurate project documentation, and help develop and improve processes with attention to detail, curiosity and creativity.
• Support the implementation of system integration between the CMS and enterprise platforms, including CRM systems, clinical and care systems, contact centre platforms, reporting and analytics tools, and identity, security and integration services.
• Provide support for requirements analysis and solution design in collaboration with service delivery teams.
• Coordinating vendor activities, technical resources and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and change management activities.
