Job summary

Ken Hall Plumbers is seeking an experienced supervisor or senior tradesperson to lead diverse home improvement and maintenance projects in Adelaide. You will oversee bathroom renovations, carpentry, and small building works while guiding a multi-trade team to high standards.

This role focuses on leading people, building relationships with customers, and delivering results for SA’s trusted home services brand. You’ll be supported by Ken Hall Academy for career growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed builder or supervisor, or senior tradesperson ready to step up.
• Experience in residential maintenance, renovations or home improvements.
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Drive to grow your career with a leading home services company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of trade projects, mainly bathroom renovations, on time and on budget.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a multi-trade team to 5-star standards.
• Maintain first-time-right quality to reduce callbacks and drive performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver service excellence.
• Take ownership of budgets, compliance, and site supervision.
• Represent Ken Hall as the on-site leader across a wide variety of works.

About the Role

• Lead, coach, and mentor a multi-trade team to achieve 5-star standards
• Maintain first-time-right quality to reduce call backs and drive performance
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver service excellence
• Take ownership of budgets, compliance, and site supervision
• Represent Ken Hall as the on-site leader across a wide variety of works

About You

You’re a licensed builder or supervisor, or a senior tradie (ideally with a carpentry background) ready to step up into supervision.

You bring:

• Experience in residential maintenance, renovations, or home improvements
