Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Project Security Administrator to manage the personnel security lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, vetting, clearance management and site access credentialing on a major project in Australia.

3+ years in an administrative role within construction or defence, and the ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to support the project team and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or defence.
• Ability to obtain and hold Baseline Security Clearance or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel security activities: clearances, site access approvals, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain personnel security registers and ensure Defence and client requirements compliance.
• Review contractor security documentation and manage visitor access processes.
• Deliver site administration services and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Maintain security incident logs and assist investigations.
