Job summary

Lendlease in Adelaide is seeking a Project Security Administrator to manage the personnel security lifecycle on our construction projects. You will handle pre-employment checks, clearances, site access, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring Defence and client security requirements are met.

You will work with project teams, subcontractors and external agencies, maintain security registers, produce accurate reports, coordinate onboarding, PPE and meetings, and assist with investigations of security

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and hold Baseline Security Clearance.
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with staff, subcontractors, clients.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel security processes including clearances and site access.
• Maintain security registers and compliance across Defence and clients.
• Review contractor security docs; monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Provide site administration, onboarding coordination, PPE management.
• Maintain security incident logs and assist investigations.
