Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Senior Services Manager to join our SA team in Adelaide and lead the delivery of complex building services packages on a long-term project. You will manage subcontractors, develop construction programs, implement procurement strategies and ensure quality and safety across all services trades.

Qualifications

• Hold a Government Security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
• Degree qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience on large-scale commercial construction projects with complex building services packages (mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic).
• Experience on Healthcare, Defence, Commercial, or Government projects is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience driving client-focused outcomes and safety initiatives.

• Manage the services design development and the services construction works within time, cost, quality and safety requirements of the Head Contract and LL company procedures.
• Manage the interface requirements between services and building elements including design, coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.
• Play a lead role in services procurement function.
• Initiate and implement the services completion and commissioning plan and coordinate with the overall project finalisation plan.
• Overall responsibility for programme and productivity management for all services trades.
• Liaise with Authorities for timely connection of all services (Water, Gas, Electricity, Telecommunications and sewer/stormwater) as necessary.

We are currently seeking a Senior Services Manager to join our SA team and help lead the delivery of a long-term project in Adelaide.

As a Services Manager with Lendlease, you’ll be a key leader within the project team, and lead the delivery of the complex building services packages across the project, managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver work to a high standard. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.

You will be responsible managing the interface requirements between services and building elements including design coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.

About You

• Proven experience driving client focused outcomes and safety initiatives.
