Job summary

The Department of Defence is seeking an APS 6 Project Officer to lead coordination of governance, information management, enterprise risk, and continuous improvement across the Integrated Warfighting Network Systems Program Office.

You will maintain integrated plans, governance materials, risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, financial information and benefits records, working with multidisciplinary teams across business, operational, digital, IT, procurement and legal.

Qualifications

• Experience with project delivery across the lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating tasks within project teams and meeting deadlines.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, schedules and status reports.
• Understanding of project budgets, IT environments and change processes.
• Proactive approach to identifying improvements and implementing solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
