Job summary

Homes NSW is seeking a Project Officer in Parramatta to deliver customer experience and innovation initiatives. The role is hybrid, temporary/full-time, with a salary across the Clerk 7/8 range and a flexible work arrangement that blends in-office and remote activity.

Successful candidates will support digital transformation for housing customers and staff, align with CEI goals, and contribute to policy and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Interest and/or experience in managing projects.
• Ability to engage well with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Good decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, design, coordination, implementation and evaluation of projects and initiatives.
• Apply housing business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research and analyse feedback, data and processes to identify issues and opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, briefs and risk registers.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to support project outcomes.
