Job summary

West Moreton Health is seeking a Project Officer to provide efficient administration support to Digital Projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

You will schedule meetings, support governance, manage schedules and reports, and assist with planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health digital projects. A proactive team player with stakeholder collaboration skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and supporting project governance by scheduling meetings and secretariat functions.
• Experience with project/program management schedules, reports, procurement and related software programs.
• Participation in developing and implementing processes to improve governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management.
• Ability to assist with planning, implementation and reporting for digital projects.

About the role

The Project Officer will provide efficient and effective administration support to Digital Projects within West Moreton Health to ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Ability to establish and support project governance by scheduling meetings and performing secretariat functions.
• Experience working with project and program management schedules, reports, procurement and associated software programs.
• Participation in the development and implementation of organisational processes that improve project governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management.
• Ability to assist with the planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health digital projects.
• Understanding of the risks and issues management relative to the undertaking of digital projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
