AECOM is seeking an experienced Director Level Project Manager - Water Infrastructure in NSW with hybrid work options in Sydney or Newcastle. You will lead complex water projects from planning through delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships across the sector.

You’ll partner with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to drive safe, sustainable outcomes, manage schedules, risk and budgets, and shape innovative solutions for water infrastructure across

Qualifikationen

• Strong foundation in project management and a genuine interest in real-world impact.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in related discipline.
• Ideally experience within the water & wastewater industry.
• Proven client-side experience across multiple sectors with ability to manage stakeholders and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills with consulting, construction, or professional services exposure.

Aufgaben

• Support our clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams - coordinating specialists to deliver high‑impact results.
