Linktal Recruitment represents a well-established builder delivering a major $50M Class 2 residential development in Parramatta. The Project Manager will own delivery from construction through to completion, coordinating programme, budget, procurement and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in Australian construction, with experience on Class 2/multi-residential projects above $30M.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the Australian construction industry.
• Strong experience delivering Class 2 / multi-residential projects valued above $30M-100M+.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of project delivery and drive outcomes independently.
• Strong understanding of project programming, procurement and construction methodologies.

Our client is a well-established and reputable Tier 2 builder with a strong track record of delivering quality Class 2 residential developments across Sydney.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a major $50M Class 2 residential development in Parramatta. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery and working closely with senior leadership within a well-established business.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from construction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a $50M Class 2 residential development
• Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction delivery
• Overseeing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
