Landscape By Design in Perth is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead multiple high-end residential landscaping projects from site to completion. You will balance on-site leadership with program management, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will bring a trade qualification or formal experience in landscaping or construction, 4+ years of project management experience, and a proactive mindset to improve systems and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years managing residential or commercial landscaping or building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're a premium residential landscaping company with a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and execution. As our project pipeline expands, we're seeking a capable and confident Project Manager who excels in delivering bespoke outdoor spaces to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take charge of multiple high-end landscape construction projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who's just as comfortable managing teams on-site as they are running programs and managing stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day construction activity and supervising site teams

Managing timelines, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites

What You Bring

You'll also need a manual driver's licence and be able to provide (or obtain) a current police clearance.
