Landscape By Design in Perth is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead multiple high-end residential landscaping projects from site to completion. You will balance on-site leadership with program management, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will bring a trade qualification or formal experience in landscaping or construction, 4+ years of project management experience, and a proactive mindset to improve systems and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or formal experience in landscaping, construction, or project management.
• At least 4 years managing residential or commercial landscaping or building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, lead, and coordinate teams and contractors.
• High attention to detail, time management, and budget control.
• Proactive mindset and drive to improve systems and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day construction activity and supervising site teams
• Managing timelines, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Reviewing and adjusting project schedules to maintain delivery momentum
• Driving site productivity and resource planning
• Liaising with our General Manager and in-house design team to align vision and execution
• Managing project reporting and contract administration
• Ensuring each project is delivered with precision, professionalism, and client satisfaction
