Job summary

Cutting Landscape Constructions on the Mornington Peninsula seeks a hands-on landscape professional to manage domestic projects with values from $250K to $1M. You will lead a crew of landscapers and subcontractors, set high standards, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

The role requires reading landscape plans, strong OH&S knowledge, and a driver’s licence with a white card. A medium rigid truck licence and excavator/skid steer licences are preferred; training can be

What the role entails:

Running your own domestic landscape projects with a $250K-$1M contract value

Managing a small team of landscapers, apprentices and subcontractors

Leading by example and setting high standards for your team

The successful applicant will have:

Knowledge and hands on experience across all aspects of structural and soft landscaping

Experience in reading landscape plans

A strong understanding of OH&S policies

A can- do attitude and enjoy receiving constructive feedback

Have excellent problem solving and dispute resolution skills

Confidence in their ability to make quick decisions

A full drivers licence and white card

A medium rigid truck licence, excavator and skid steer license (preferred, but not essential, company can provide training)
