Job description

Lead the delivery of Perth's standout residential landscape construction projects

Revell Landscaping isn't in the business of delivering ordinary landscapes.

We deliver large-scale, technically challenging and high-quality landscape construction projects where the expectation is exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and a finished result that everyone involved can be proud of.

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take ownership of significant projects and deliver them to the standard Revell Landscaping is known for.

This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to administer projects from behind a desk. We're looking for a construction-focused Project Manager who understands what it takes to turn a set of plans into an exceptional finished landscape — leading people, planning ahead, solving problems, managing outcomes and driving the project from commencement through to handover.

If you take pride in delivering outstanding work and want to be part of a company that is serious about becoming Perth's leading high-end residential landscape construction company, we'd like to hear from you.

THE ROLE

Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to the high standard our clients expect.

You will work closely with our Leading Hands and site teams while coordinating clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, organising and driving day-to-day project operations and workflow
  • Managing project programmes, budgets and resource allocation
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, plant and suppliers
  • Providing clear direction and support to Leading Hands and site teams
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing potential delays or cost overruns
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients and managing expectations throughout the project
  • Ensuring works comply with project specifications and Revell Landscaping's quality standards
  • Maintaining a strong focus on OH&S and safe working practices
  • Identifying problems early and taking ownership of getting them resolved
  • Driving projects through to successful completion and handover
ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who combines strong construction knowledge with excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience managing quality landscape construction or similar projects.
  • Strong project planning and organisational skills
  • Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
  • A good understanding of project budgets, labour costs and commercial outcomes
  • The ability to read plans, specifications and construction documentation
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to solving problems
  • High standards for quality and attention to detail
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details

Experience specifically within landscape construction will be highly regarded.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

At Revell Landscaping, Project Managers are accountable for outcomes — not simply keeping projects moving.

Success in this position means:

Projects delivered on time.
Projects delivered within budget.
Happy clients.
Exceptional quality.
Safe and well-managed sites.
Site teams that know what they need to achieve and have what they need to get the job done.

WHY JOIN REVELL LANDSCAPING?

We're building a landscape construction company that is recognised not just for the scale of the projects we deliver, but for the quality of the finished product and client experience.

That means continually improving the way we plan, manage and deliver our work, investing in good people and creating a culture where high standards and personal accountability matter.

For the right Project Manager, this is an opportunity to become an important part of our management and operations team, take responsibility for significant projects and have a genuine influence over how Revell Landscaping continues to grow.

If you're an experienced construction professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and delivering projects you're genuinely proud to put your name to, we'd like to hear from you.
