Revell Landscaping in Perth seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale residential landscape construction from start to handover. This is not a desk role; you will own projects, lead crews, coordinate clients, subcontractors and suppliers, and drive outcomes to Revell's high standards.
You will plan, schedule and control budgets, resources and programs, ensure quality, safety and compliance with specifications, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Revell Landscaping isn't in the business of delivering ordinary landscapes.
We deliver large-scale, technically challenging and high-quality landscape construction projects where the expectation is exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and a finished result that everyone involved can be proud of.
As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take ownership of significant projects and deliver them to the standard Revell Landscaping is known for.
This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to administer projects from behind a desk. We're looking for a construction-focused Project Manager who understands what it takes to turn a set of plans into an exceptional finished landscape — leading people, planning ahead, solving problems, managing outcomes and driving the project from commencement through to handover.
If you take pride in delivering outstanding work and want to be part of a company that is serious about becoming Perth's leading high-end residential landscape construction company, we'd like to hear from you.
Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to the high standard our clients expect.
You will work closely with our Leading Hands and site teams while coordinating clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for someone who combines strong construction knowledge with excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience specifically within landscape construction will be highly regarded.
At Revell Landscaping, Project Managers are accountable for outcomes — not simply keeping projects moving.
Success in this position means:
Projects delivered on time.
Projects delivered within budget.
Happy clients.
Exceptional quality.
Safe and well-managed sites.
Site teams that know what they need to achieve and have what they need to get the job done.
We're building a landscape construction company that is recognised not just for the scale of the projects we deliver, but for the quality of the finished product and client experience.
That means continually improving the way we plan, manage and deliver our work, investing in good people and creating a culture where high standards and personal accountability matter.
For the right Project Manager, this is an opportunity to become an important part of our management and operations team, take responsibility for significant projects and have a genuine influence over how Revell Landscaping continues to grow.
If you're an experienced construction professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and delivering projects you're genuinely proud to put your name to, we'd like to hear from you.
