Job summary

Solutions Plus is seeking a driven Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial landscape projects across Sydney with packages valued at $10 million+. You will report to the Construction Manager and own projects from award to completion, guiding teams and ensuring the Solutions Plus standard is upheld.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering large commercial landscape or civil earthworks packages.
• Strong commercial & financial discipline with a track record of margin control.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

The Role

We're looking for a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large scale Commercial Landscape projects across Sydney, with packages valued at $10 million+

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is more than a delivery role, it's about ownership. You will take projects from award to completion, leading teams, driving performance and ensuring every project reflects the Solutions Plus standard. This role offers a genuine pathway through to Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for the right person.

You will have real autonomy, strong executive support and the opportunity to influence outcomes, not just report on them.
