Job summary

Everyday Massive in Australia is seeking a Project Manager for a maternity leave contract to lead a portfolio of change management, internal communications, and design projects. You will collaborate with strategists, designers and other PMs to plan, run and deliver work on time and on budget.

The role focuses on coordinating complex projects that drive meaningful behaviour change in high-risk environments, coordinating schedules, resources and stakeholders across multiple campaigns and channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in change management, internal communications, marketing or design.
• Proficient with project management tools (Asana) and budget/timeline planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets across a portfolio of projects.
• Plan team capacity and forecast workloads.
• Brief designers, animators, strategists and production teams.
• Adjust plans when priorities shift and communicate changes clearly.
• Track project health and surface risks.
• Handle project administration and file/version control.
