Job summary

Everyday Massive is on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the Operations team on a mat leave contract. You will own project plans, timelines and budgets across a portfolio, coordinating designers, strategists and production teams to deliver campaigns that change behaviour in high-risk environments.

You'll work across brand, learning, video, decks, digital and print, collaborating with strategists and stakeholders to keep projects moving and ensure clear communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in change management or internal communications environments.
• Strong budget and timeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with designers, strategists and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets across a portfolio.
• Forecast capacity and manage resources.
• Brief designers, animators, strategists and production teams.
• Adjust plans as priorities shift and communicate changes.
• Track project health and surface risks.
• Handle project administration and version control.
• Join collaborator calls and align on priorities with leaders.
• Build trust with collaborators through clear communication.
