Buildcorp in Sydney is hiring a Project Manager for fit out and refurbishment projects. You will own projects from inception to handover, inspire your team, engage with clients, and drive safety, quality, program and commercial outcomes on site.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and contracts, build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors, identify risks, and deliver value at every stage while upholding Buildcorp's standards for safety and wellbeing.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager you’ll take ownership of complex fit out projects from inception to handover. You’ll inspire your team, engage with clients, and drive outcomes across safety, quality, program, and commercial success. Your leadership will set the tone on site and ensure every stakeholder — from clients to subcontractors — is aligned and motivated.
