Buildcorp, a Newcastle-based construction company with 35+ years of experience, seeks a Project Manager / Senior PM for remedial and façade projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will deliver safe, high-quality, profitable projects from award to completion and lead project teams.

You will develop plans, manage budgets and schedules, oversee progress, manage stakeholders, identify risks, and ensure compliance with health and safety.

Qualificações

• Experience leading facade and remedial construction projects.
• Degree or qualification in construction/engineering preferred.
• Proven ability to drive projects from award to completion with safety, quality and budget in mind.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans: scope, budget, schedule and resources.
• Oversee progress, milestones and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM processes and best practices.
• Document and address any quality concerns throughout the project.

The Role

We are looking for exceptional Project Leaders with Experience in managing Façade and Remedial projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible fordelivering safe, high quality & profitable projects from award through to completion. This will require that you:

• Leading and managing project teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget
• Developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation
• Overseeing project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying potential risks and implementing effective risk management strategies
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
• Proven experience in managing and documenting any quality concerns throughout the project.

You will possess the following:

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction software such as Jobpac, Procore and Asta Powerproject (or similar) is an advantage
• Appropriate qualifications (with a preference for construction or engineering degree and/or a building related qualification
