The role focuses on on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous quality and regulatory compliance, partnering with architects, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years delivering large building projects, strong leadership, and solid experience with construction software and project controls. A collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $50m+.
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects within the Building environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with a strong background in within the build construction projects from $50m - $200m. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
