Fortis Security P/L on the Gold Coast is seeking a Project Manager – Electronic Security to lead high-value security integration projects across South East Queensland. • Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Security Technician within the electronic security industry.
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, intercom, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Simpro experience highly regarded.
• Current and valid Australian driving licence.
• Full and permanent Australian working rights.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Electronic Security to lead the delivery of security integration projects across the Gold Coast and broader South East Queensland region.

You’ll oversee high-value installations and service works from concept through to completion, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This role is ideally suited to someone based on or near the Gold Coast who is looking to take ownership of technically complex projects while helping grow Fortis Security’s presence in the region.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Security Technician within the electronic security industry

Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, intercom, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems

Demonstrated experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, procurement, forecasting, and variations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Simpro experience highly regarded

Excellent organisation, leadership, communication, and time-management skills

A current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence
