Job summary

SecureFence Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major fencing projects on the Gold Coast and across South East Queensland. You will oversee planning, delivery, and execution while coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure safety and on-time completion.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects within construction or infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing major projects (construction, civil, or infrastructure).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of safety management systems and compliance.
• Experience with ITPs and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities.

Join Crimsafe Group, Australia’s safety and security leader. One of Crimsafe Groups companies, SecureFence, is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast to oversee multiple major projects across South East Queensland.

The role will be very hands‑on and requires regular communication with your project teams. Knowledge and experience of managing major projects in previous roles is paramount for this position.

About the Role
SecureFence is looking for a results‑driven, hands‑on Project Manager to take charge of the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale fencing projects (major projects). You will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple major projects simultaneously.
• Develop and oversee project programs, timelines, and forecasts.
• Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage safety on site, in line with company and legislative requirements.
• Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and project performance tracking.
• Coordinate and order materials as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing major projects (preferably within construction, civil, or infrastructure industries).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of safety management systems and compliance.
• Experience working with ITPs and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to problem‑solve and manage competing priorities.
• Relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential).
