Job summary

Fortis Security is seeking a Senior Security Technician to lead the delivery of electronic security projects across Perth and Western Australia. You will oversee high-value installations and service works from concept through to completion, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of technically complex

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Security Technician.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intercom, intrusion detection.
• Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Commercial awareness including budgeting, procurement, forecasting and variation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Simpro experience highly regarded.
• Excellent organisation, leadership, communication and time-management skills.
• Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights.
• Based in Perth or within reasonable travelling distance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver electronic security projects across Perth and WA.
• Coordinate technicians, internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with budgets, procurement, scheduling, forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, variations and commercial outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with WHS and quality-management requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve technical, commercial and operational challenges as they arise.
• Ensure seamless project handovers with complete documentation and client sign-off.
• Support Fortis Security’s WA growth.
