• Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout each project.
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
• Monitoring project costs, tracking budgets, and providing regular financial reports
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.

You ll work alongside a team of project coordinators, contributing to the delivery of new builds and renovations/extensions valued up to $6m.
