Job summary

seek.com.au seeks a senior Project Manager/Construction Manager to lead multiple Class 1a residential projects on the Central Coast NSW. You will oversee delivery teams, assure safe and compliant completion, and be listed as a Nominated Supervisor under the contractor licence.

The role offers leadership across residential and remedial works with opportunities to grow into broader construction management as the team and pipeline expand.

Qualifications

• NSW Builder Licence – Builder General or Builder – Medium Rise (suitable for nomination).
• Strong experience delivering either Class 1 or Class 2 projects.
• Strong knowledge of NCC and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Experience in façade, balcony, or waterproofing (highly desirable - not compulsory).
• Trade background (highly desirable).
• Based on, or willing to be based on, Central Coast NSW.

The successful applicant will be listed as a Nominated Supervisor under the company contractor licence (alongside other nominated supervisors).
