Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interface with sales and marketing for project feasibility and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct due diligence and site assessments for potential new developments.

We’re looking for a driven and capable Project Manager to join our Sydney team.

THE ROLE

With the support of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects across multi-residential, private luxury residential, mixed-use, senior living, commercial, industrial, and more. Drawing on your existing and proven expertise as a client-side Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including consultant appointments, town planning, design coordination, authority approvals, sales and marketing interface, feasibility analysis, and construction delivery. You may also be involved in project due diligence and site assessments for potential new developments.

This is a client facing role where your ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be key to success. You’ll be actively supported in your professional development, with real opportunities to progress your career in a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant ‘client-side’ project management experience within the construction and property development industry
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to represent the business and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
• Proven experience across construction design, contract administration, and project delivery
