You will manage the full project lifecycle, from consultant appointments to construction delivery, while coordinating with planning authorities and stakeholders.

You will excel in client-facing communication, contract administration, and design coordination, with a proactive mindset and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ client-side project management experience in construction and property development.
• Strong organisational and collaborative skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience across construction design, contract administration, and project delivery.
• Organised, proactive mindset with attention to detail and drive to get things done.
• Positive attitude and contribution to a vibrant team culture.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of projects across multi-residential, luxury residential, mixed-use, senior living, commercial and more.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle including consultant appointments, town planning, design coordination, authority approvals, and delivery.
• Interface with sales and marketing for project feasibility and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct due diligence and site assessments for potential new developments.
• Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships to drive successful outcomes.
