Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager for major Class 2 residential construction projects across Sydney. You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Experience delivering Class 2 residential, apartment or mixed-use projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.

Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle management from commencement through to handover.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and forecasting.
• Coordination of site teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Cost control, variations and commercial management.
• Risk management and programme delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality and company procedures.
• Managing project reporting and communication with senior leadership.
