Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large residential project in NSW. You will lead site operations end‑to‑end, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget objectives are met.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and strong knowledge of Australian codes and WHS requirements. A NSW White Card and relevant licences are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor on residential builds.
• Proven ability to deliver multi‑residential projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and construction activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Site Manager to take ownership of a large-scale residential project, leading site operations from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel
• Driving project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Maintaining high standards of quality control and workmanship
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with building regulations and project requirements
• Managing site safety, inductions, toolbox talks, and WHS procedures
• Monitoring project budgets and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
• Maintaining accurate site records, reporting, and documentation
• Liaising with project stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor within residential construction
• Strong experience delivering residential projects from commencement through to completion
• Multi‑residential, townhouse, or medium‑density project experience highly regarded
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes, construction methodologies, and WHS requirements
• Current NSW White Card
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Trade background (Carpentry preferred) highly regarded
• Builder's Licence and/or Construction Management qualifications advantageous
• Ability to work a Monday to Saturday roster
