Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large residential project in NSW. You will lead site operations end‑to‑end, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget objectives are met.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and strong knowledge of Australian codes and WHS requirements. A NSW White Card and relevant licences are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor on residential builds.
• Proven ability to deliver multi‑residential projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
• Drive programmes and achieve milestones while maintaining quality.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Monitor budgets, manage site records and reporting, liaise with stakeholders.
