Job summary

Mono Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Class 2 residential apartment project in NSW. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with design and stakeholders, and ensure design compliance while managing risks and client objectives.

We expect a proven leader with 6+ years delivering high-value Class 2 buildings, engineering or construction management qualification, and proficiency in MS Projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment buildings over $50M.
• Qualified in Engineering, Project, or Construction Management.
• Strong experience across full project lifecycle from planning to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, construction, reporting and handover.
• Coordinate with Design Management and stakeholders to ensure approvals and compliance.
• Manage client objectives and project risks to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and lead team members, upholding Mono’s FRANK values.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting safety and quality standards.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and report progress.
