Job summary

Hays is partnering with two established WA builders to recruit a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for major accommodation developments valued at $40M+. Based in Butler or Cottesloe, you will lead delivery from construction through to handover, directing site, engineering and commercial teams.

You will manage programs, budgets and client expectations, drive subcontractor performance and ensure safety and profitability.

Your new role

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

We are interested in speaking with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who can demonstrate:

• Experience delivering commercial construction projects valued above $20M
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Excellent commercial and contractual understanding
• Proven track record delivering projects safely and profitably
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
