Job summary

The Technical and Engineering Network seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of high-density, multi-storey developments in Perth. You will own construction delivery, manage sub-contractors, mitigate risks and control commercial performance.

Based in Perth, you will act as the operational bridge between development management and on-site delivery, ensuring momentum while upholding rigorous workmanship, safety and financial standards.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager for large commercial builds.
• Experience delivering high-density developments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, workmanship and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project delivery from site setup through handover.
• Guide project teams, contracts administrators and site supervisors.
• Control project budgets, cost forecasts and executive financial reports.
• Lead head contract procurement and key sub-contractor lettings.
• Maintain high standards for safety, site quality and compliance.
• Coordinate between internal development leads, consultants and authorities.
