Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead a brand-new education project for a respected commercial builder in Perth. You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to handover, drive programme, budget, quality and safety, and oversee contracts and stakeholder relationships.

This 17-month project offers a strong package up to AUD 220K + Super. A collaborative team and long-standing builder background support delivery and work-life balance in a Perth-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong Contract Administration background with sound commercial and financial management skills.
• Experience delivering commercial projects valued at $10M+.
• Ideally exposure to education, government or community projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership skills driving programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes.
• Confidence managing clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead a team and deliver results.
