Job summary

Ava James Recruitment partners with a well established WA civil contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager for land development projects in the Perth metro area. The role is site-based and roaming, delivering 3–4 projects concurrently.

You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and project governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within civil construction.
• Proven track record delivering land development projects.
• Current WA driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple land development projects within budget, time, and quality requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple land development projects across the Perth metro area. This is a site based, roaming position, where you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of 3–4 projects concurrently.
