Must haves:

• Proven experience in a role involving projectcoordination and direct client interaction within a professional servicesor IT environment.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into technicalrequirements.
• Working knowledge of key business technology platformssuch as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Dynamic CRM or similar.

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsduring project delivery phases.
• Act as a client advocate, ensuring their needs andexpectations are clearly understood, managed, and met.
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions todocument functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate project activities between clients,solutions architects, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables alignwith the agreed scope and timelines.
• Facilitate regular client communication, includingprogress updates and project meetings.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technicalspecifications for development teams.
• Identify, communicate, and help mitigate potentialrisks or issues early in the project lifecycle.
• Support technical teams with client-facing activities,including presentations and solution demonstrations.

Experience/Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, clientservices, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, technologyconcepts, and particularly cloud platforms.
• Experience with system integrations and data migrationprojects is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously, utilising project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, witha talent for translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• A natural curiosity for technology combined with agenuine interest in problem-solving and ensuring client success.
• Demonstrated initiative, strong attention to detail,and the ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionallywith both clients and internal team members.

Qualification

Whileformal qualifications are valued, your practical experience, technicalaptitude, and ambition are most important. Any tertiary education or industrycertifications in Information Technology or Project Management would be highlyregarded.
