You will oversee commercial delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes while leveraging local supply chains and relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial main contractor.
• Delivered commercial projects valued from $30M upwards.
• Excellent communication skills and local supply chain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a $38M social/affordable build-to-rent apartment complex in WA.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and supply chain to meet schedule, budget and quality.
• Provide leadership to the site team and ensure safe, compliant project execution.
