Job summary

Londinium Recruitment is assisting a Brisbane-based construction firm to appoint a Project Manager for a $30m, seven-storey social housing development in Brisbane, Australia. The role offers a salary of $180,000–$200,000 plus superannuation, with sponsorship available for the right candidate.

UK Tier 1 PMs with major residential project experience are encouraged to apply. This is a chance to move to Australia and lead a substantial project in Queensland ahead of the 2032 Olympics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering apartment buildings or multi-storey residential schemes.
• Strong programme management and ability to drive progress on site.
• Confidence managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a seven-storey social housing scheme from programme to handover.
• Coordinate site operations with client, consultants and commercial team to maintain flow of work.
• Make decisions, resolve challenges and drive delivery milestones on site.
