Morson Edge Australia is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery for projects in Western Sydney, ranging from $10M to $40M. You will manage programme, budget, procurement, and client relationships from initial planning through to completion.

You will work with experienced Site Managers and Contract Administrators allocated to each project, within a supportive leadership environment. This role offers a 5-day work week with clear accountability and structured delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience operating as a Project Manager.
• Delivered projects in the $10M–$40M range.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability.
• Confident managing stakeholders and resolving issues proactively.
• Solid understanding of build sequencing, services coordination, and structural elements.

Responsabilités

The Role

This is a hands-on PM role with full ownership of delivery with the right support around you. You’ll manage programme, budget, procurement, and client relationships from early planning through to completion.

You’ll have experienced Site Managers and Contract Administrators who are properly allocated to the job - not stretched across multiple sites.

The leadership team operates an open-door policy in an open-plan office environment. Decisions are made quickly, support is accessible, and you’re not left carrying problems alone.
