Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Background delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment and/or new build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, budgets and contract administration.
• Confident managing multiple projects and coordinating site teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of project delivery.
• A trade background or previous site-based experience would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

An established Melbourne commercial builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. The business delivers a varied mix of commercial fit‑out, refurbishment and new build projects, working with a strong base of repeat clients across Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning and procurement through to construction, completion and handover, working closely with dedicated Site Managers and Contract Administrators.
