The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of NSW regulations and a proven track record delivering complex residential projects.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor or established developer-builder.
• Experience managing complex projects, ideally valued at $100m+.
• Strong commercial acumen, programme management and construction delivery capability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage key stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of NSW construction regulations, quality requirements and project delivery processes.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style.
