Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Southeast Queensland utilities team. You will lead end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and pipelines, partnering with clients, designers and subcontractors to achieve program outcomes.

You'll build high-performing teams, drive safety, quality and cost controls, and manage stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• 8–10 years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects in a Project Manager capacity.
• Proven experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, and pipeline construction.
• Strong understanding of design management, construction delivery, procurement and commercial management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage enduring relationships with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement strong commercial and project controls, including forecasting, reporting, contracts management.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and pipeline networks

• Driving project performance across safety, quality, cost, risk and schedule to ensure successful delivery

• Implementing strong commercial and project controls, including forecasting, reporting, contracts management.

How you'll connect to the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8-10 years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects in a Project Manager capacity preferably in a Design Build environment
• Proven experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, and pipeline construction
• Strong understanding of design management, construction delivery, procurement and commercial management
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
