Job summary

Wiley is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of complex construction projects from planning through completion in Brisbane. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and high quality while leading diverse teams and managing stakeholders.

With 10+ years of PM experience and a tertiary qualification in construction, you will drive commercial outcomes, oversee budgets, and guide subcontractors to achieve milestones. A collaborative, safety‑minded leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• Proven leadership in large project teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and compliance.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Wiley, you’ll take ownership of delivering complex construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, while leading teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex construction projects as a Project Manager
• A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or a related discipline
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage challenging project environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, budgets, and project risks
• Comprehensive understanding of construction safety, quality, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
