Job summary

Wiley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own delivery of complex construction projects from planning through completion in Brisbane. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while leading multi-disciplinary teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will drive programs, manage resources, and monitor financial performance, contributing to positive client outcomes and industry-best practices within a supportive team at Wiley.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering complex construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage challenging project environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, budgets, and project risks.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding results and creating positive project outcomes.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Wiley, you'll take ownership of delivering complex construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, while leading teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

10+ years' experience delivering complex construction projects as a Project Manager

A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or a related discipline
